Learn how to download your RMA and Shipping Reports as CSV, Json, or Excel formats.

Navigate to the RMA Items Report or the Shipping Items Report to begin the process.

  1. Specify the Date Range, Status and/ or Return Type. 

  2. Click on Download.

  3. Select the type of file to download: CSV, Json, or Excel.
