Search and select the RMA that you would like to resend the shipping label for. When you've found the RMA in question, then follow the steps below to resend the shipping label: 

  1. Select the Shipping dropdown at the right of the page.

  2. Select the “email label” link 

  3. Choose the option “Send to Customer” to resend the shipping label to the email that was used to create the RMA OR select “Send to Alternate Email” and input the email address the customer would like the shipping label sent to. 

  4. Select “Send Email” 

Additional Information: The shipping label will only generate if the RMA was originally created
