Shopify Tags can be used to control aspects of your return policy in two ways:

  • Warranty and Exchange Product Exclusions - Placing a Warranty and Exchange Product Exclusion tag on a product in Shopify and in ReturnLogic will block that product from being selected when a shopper creates a warranty or exchange inside the Return Center.

Example: Adding the tag Final Sale in Shopify and to the Warranty and Exchange Product Exclusions area in ReturnLogic will block a product from being selected for warranty or exchange. This is a great option for any products you sell in your store, but would not like to be available for exchange or warranty returns.
