How to Connect Your Shippo Account

Learn the steps needed to integrate Shippo so you can enable return shipping labels for a wide range of carriers!

Overview
By connecting Shippo, a third party carrier integration service, you can produce return shipping labels to a wide range of world-wide carriers. You also have instant access to high-volume rates across carriers. Follow the steps below to enable your integration!

Setting Up Your Shippo Account

  1. Click on the Account > Billing section of your Shippo dashboard, and add your credit card information.

  2. Add a sender address by navigating to Go to Account > Company.

Note: Shippo may ask to verify your account. If this occurs, you will need to verify your account before adding the integration into ReturnLogic.

Adding Your Shipping Carriers

This is optional, you can also use the carrier accounts Shippo comes installed with. If you choose to use the carrier accounts Shippo comes installed with please verify that those accounts are activated before adding your Shippo Integration in ReturnLogic.
โ€‹Please note that the carrier you select must provide return shipping labels to be able to generate a return label in ReturnLogic. To verify if your carrier can generate return labels through Shippo please contact Shippo Support here.

  1. In your Shippo dashboard, click on Settings > Carriers.

  2. To add your own carrier account, click on "Add carrier account", and select from their list of available carriers.

Adding Your Shippo Integration in ReturnLogic

  1. Click the dropdown menu in the upper right of ReturnLogic and select "Settings."

  2. Select "Integrations" and then click "Add Integration" in the upper right area of the screen.

  3. Select "Shipping" for the integration category and "Shippo" from the Integration Type dropdown. **If you do not see "Shipping" as an integration category, please contact customer support so we can enable the option for you.**

  4. Grab your Shippo API credentials here. Copy and paste the Live and Test tokens to ReturnLogic and save the integration. **If you ever change these tokens in Shippo please update them in ReturnLogic otherwise label generation will be disabled.**
