How it works:

Setup:

What it is?

The upgraded Gorgias Integration now has Oauth2 authentication workflows. This has resulted in fundamental changes to how you add and remove the Gorgias integration. For future enhancements and capabilities along with better security surrounding your data, we highly recommend current customers re-install their Gorgias integration with these newly updated workflows.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations

  2. Select "Add Integration"

  3. Set the Integration Category to "Customer Service"

  4. Set the Integration Type to "Gorgias"

  5. Enter your Gorgias Account Subdomain

  6. Select "Save"

  7. Once you hit save, you will be redirected to your Gorgias app and the ReturnLogic listing in the Gorgias App Store.

  8. Select "Connect App". Once you hit connect app, you will see the following two screens confirming you are approving that Gorgias and ReturnLogic will share information about your returns and customers. Click "Authorize App".

Important Note: As we go through a secondary approval process, you will see warnings like "ReturnLogic v2.0 has not been approved by Gorgias". Rest assured, the first version of our app is approved by Gorgias. We expect the second version of our app to be approved in the first week of January.

  9. If you are not logged into ReturnLogic, you will be asked to login and then be directed to the below screen. If you are already logged into ReturnLogic, you will be taken directly to the screen:

  10. Hit "Allow Access".

  11. You should receive a notification that the Gorgias Integration is complete. If you receive a failure message, please contact us at support@returnlogic.com

Notes:

· Return Data within Gorgias will only be updated when a ticket is created, a ticket is updated, or a ticket is responded too.

· If you would like to force an update of your returns data within Gorgias add an internal note on the ticket, such as “Update Integration”.
