Overview:

This integration allows merchants to view returns information on the backend of Zendesk as tickets come through. Merchants can also embed a chatbox/LiveChat on the customer return center.


How to set up your integration:

  1. Create a Zendesk account. If you do not have a Zendesk account reach out to partners@returnlogic.com to get in contact with Zendesk.

  2. Go to the Zendesk's App Marketplace and Select install.

  3. Create a private API key in ReturnLogic (Found on your RL settings page) https://settings.returnlogic.com/settings/applications/private

  4. Copy and Paste ReturnLogic API key into the Zendesk-ReturnLogic Integration

How to embed your chat box to your return center:

  1. Follow Zendesk's article on locating the chatbox embed widget here.

  2. Copy and paste the widget script into the HTML Header under your customize settings.

  3. Save and publish!
