Step 1: Fill Out the Account Reset Form
To begin the reset process, you must fill out this: RESET FORM.
Make sure all the information you provide is accurate. Also, carefully read the following disclaimer before submitting:
📍Disclaimer: By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to resetting your Reveel account. This process will generate a new wallet address, meaning you will lose access to your previous wallet address and any assets in it. You must have a backup of your private key, which we specifically requested you to create when initially setting up your Reveel account, as you can easily import it into your account after the reset. Your Reveel Points will be automatically transferred to the new account, preserving your earned value. You agree to this necessary step, trusting in the security measures taken to protect your assets and ensure a smooth transition to your new wallet address.
Step 2: Processing Time
Once you submit the form, the usual processing time is 24-48 hours, but it may take longer depending on the number of requests we receive.
Step 3: Create a New Account
We'll notify you through your support ticket when the reset is complete. You can then go to my.r3vl.xyz and create a new account using the same email you used for your previous account. Your Reveel Points from your old account will be automatically transferred—no extra steps needed!
