BuzzCards are review request cards that your service team can hand out to customers after completing a job. These cards are an excellent solution for requesting reviews in person, whether or not your customers are tech-savvy.

How BuzzCards Work

  1. In-Person Request: After completing a service, your technician hands the BuzzCard to the customer.

  2. Customer Scans or Types the URL: The card features a QR code or a short URL. Customers can either scan the code with their phone or type the URL into their browser.

  3. Leave a Review: Once they access the review page, customers can quickly leave their feedback.

Benefits of BuzzCards

  • Earn More Reviews: In-person review requests are proven to generate more reviews, leading to more service calls and increased revenue.

  • Easy for Customers: Whether tech-savvy or not, customers can quickly leave a review by scanning the QR code or typing the short URL into their browser.

  • Simple for Your Service Team: Your team simply hands the card to the customer and lets them take it from there.
