ServiceTitan is a management software for businesses specializing in home services.
At ReviewBuzz, our ultimate goal is to help you supercharge employee productivity, therefore we offer ServiceTitan as an added dashboard app to effectively streamline your backend business management.
Pre-Integration Checklist
First, let’s go over some important steps to take before enabling your integration with the ServiceTitan app.
Ensure your ServiceTitan users (technicians and employees) have valid email addresses. Users without email addresses that sync to ReviewBuzz will not be able to receive our invites or access the mobile application. Duplicate profiles could also be accidentally created if email addresses are missing or invalid.
If you have employees set up in your ReviewBuzz account, ensure the email addresses match in both ServiceTitan and ReviewBuzz so the users will be mapped correctly.
ServiceTitan allows you to have the same user as both a technician and an employee. If this is the case for one or more of your users, we recommend temporarily deactivating the profile you do not want to sync to ReviewBuzz from your ServiceTitan account. After you’ve synced to ReviewBuzz, you can reactivate the user profile. Otherwise, duplicate users could be created in ReviewBuzz which can be confusing.

How to Enable Integration
Now, let’s get you connected to ServiceTitan for the first time!
Log in to your ReviewBuzz dashboard
Navigate to Apps on the left-hand menu
Select Connect on the ServiceTitan app
Enter your API Key provided from ServiceTitan
Click Submit
Map your ServiceTitan Business Unit IDs to your ReviewBuzz Locations, as applicable
If Business Unit Mapping is unchecked, all business units will trigger notifications
If Business Unit Mapping is checked, only mapped Business Unit IDs will trigger notifications
That’s all you need to do on the ReviewBuzz side!
“Pending” will appear on the ServiceTitan app. Please allow 1-2 business days for the integration to be completed on the ServiceTitan side. Feel free to reach out to your ServiceTitan representative to ensure integration has been completed.
Upon dispatch, your customers will receive a Meet the Team notification
Once a job is complete, your customers will receive a Review Request
How to Configure Integration
Need to make changes to your integration settings? No problem!
Log in to your ReviewBuzz dashboard
Navigate to Apps on the left-hand menu
Select Configure on the ServiceTitan app
Make applicable changes and save
Not seeing all of your Business Units? Click the “Refresh Business Units” button and they’ll be added to the list.
FAQs
Q: Do I need to add new employees from ServiceTitan to ReviewBuzz?
A: No way, we’ll take care of that for you! Once a new technician is dispatched in ServiceTitan, they will automatically be added to your ReviewBuzz employee list
Q: Where are all of the new Business Units I added in ServiceTitan?
A: Navigate to Apps > Configure on the ServiceTitan app. Here you can click the “Refresh Business Units” button and they will instantly be pulled directly from ServiceTitan.
