Unfortunately no, you cannot send a review request to a landline. All requests will need to be sent to a mobile phone number or email to ensure deliverability.

Below is an example of sending a review request from your admin dashboard.

You will notice how you can only enter the customers cell phone number or email address.

You can also select the language, English (default) or French (Canada) depending on your customer's preferred language.

Next is an example of what sending a review request will look like from the employee app while out in the field.

You will notice how your field employee will only be able to input the customer’s email address or cell phone number.
