Set up and prioritize your top 3 review sites.

Based on the top 3 review sites you set up when creating your ReviewBuzz account, ReviewBuzz will automatically detect if your customer is logged into those sites and send them directly to those review sites (in order of priority) to leave a review.

For example, if your customer is already logged into their Facebook account on their phone at the time of receiving the ReviewBuzz review request, they will automatically be directed to leave their review on Facebook’s review site if that is your first choice like the picture below.

These settings can be updated at any time to best suit your business needs.

To edit your review sites:

  • Log in to your ReviewBuzz dashboard

  • Select ‘locations’ on the left-hand navigation panel

  • Select ‘edit location’ from the ellipsis menu (the 3 dots in a row)

The ‘edit location’ screen will pop up and from there you will see how you can prioritize different review sites based on your company needs.

How do I change the review site priority?

You can easily change the review site priority by clicking on the left-hand side of the review site name for example, Facebook, then drag and drop it to the priority you see fit.

What is Google Boost?

For our Premium clients, check out Google Boost in your Location settings. Enabling this feature will make sure you get more Google reviews by prompting your customers to log in to Google (if they aren't already) before redirecting to your second priority site.

Why can’t I have more than 3 review sites?

Review sites effortlessly streamline where your reviews will live once a customer completes a review request. You are able to have many review sites as shown below. However, you will want to prioritize your top 3 choices as most reviews will likely be sent to either of those top 3.

For example- if you top review site is Facebook and your customer is already logged into their Facebook account when they complete the review request, the review will automatically be sent to your Facebook business page.

If they are not logged into Facebook but are logged into your second choice, Homestars.com, the review will bypass Facebook and be sent to your company page on Homestars and so on.
