Points are assigned in the ‘point value’ line when you create a new reward. Please see photo below.
A good rule of thumb is to allocate different tier point value rewards to encourage your team to begin participating in the rewards program. For example, some rewards can have a low-medium point value in hopes that an employee will reach their point limit quickly and therefore kickstart the motivation for other employees to increase their participation.
