Absolutely! However, by turning your surveys off, they will no longer automatically send to select customers and may prevent you from receiving valuable feedback about your team’s performance.
To turn off surveys:
Log in to your admin dashboard
Select ‘Locations’ on the left-hand navigation panel
Click 'Edit' next to the location you would like to edit Survey settings
Turn off the green button on the bottom of the edit location screen next to the word ‘Surveys’
You can turn on the surveys at any point by turning the green button back on.
