Getting your team registered and set up on the employee app is paramount to receiving the most benefits from ReviewBuzz. Once everyone is onboard and using the employee app, you will quickly be able to determine your top talent and reward them for their exceptional service or uncover areas for improvement. 

Inviting an employee

Inviting an employee to ReviewBuzz is simple:

  • Log in to your admin dashboard

  • Select ‘employees’ on the left-hand navigation panel

  • Select ‘create’ in the top right-hand side of the page

  • Select ‘new employee’ in the drop down menu

  • Add employee details, then select ‘save and invite’

What does ‘title’ and ‘role’ mean when adding an employee?

The ‘title’ will explain their job title as determined by your company.

‘Role’ explains the main location or environment in which the employee works, for example- Field Employee or Office.

What happens when I invite an employee?

Your employee will receive a notification along with easy instructions to log into ReviewBuzz and download the app.

 

What if they don’t have an email?

A valid email address is required for an employee to register for their own ReviewBuzz profile and to be able to download the employee app.

If they do not have an email address, there are many free options for them to set up an email account. For example, Gmail

What is the invite status?

The status on the employee line will tell you the date the employee was invited to register for ReviewBuzz or the date that they joined and set up their profile. 

It is important to monitor the status dates should you discover that you need to resend an invite to an employee who has yet to join.

How do my employees log in?

Once your employee has received the link sent from admin, they will be able to download the employee app and set up their ReviewBuzz profile.

From then on they will be able to log into their ReviewBuzz profile via the employee app.

How do my employees download the app?

The ReviewBuzz employee app allows  your employees to easily request reviews from customers directly after a service call. You’ll find that the app empowers your team to get results fast because they can be rewarded for their great work.

Having your team members download the app is easy and will require a ReviewBuzz account.

If they do not have a ReviewBuzz account, they can register here

If they have an existing ReviewBuzz account, they can simply select an option below to download the app:

Alternately,  you can invite your employees to register for their ReviewBuzz account and download the app via a link sent from the admin dashboard.

  • Log in to your ReviewBuzz account

  • On the left-hand navigation panel, select ‘Employees’ to access your employee roster

You will see each employee name and email. Be sure that the email address is correct in order to proceed.

  • On the far-right of every employee line, click on the ellipsis menu ( the 3 dots in a row) to access a drop down menu of options 

  • Select “Resend Invite” to send your employee a link that will allow them to register for their ReviewBuzz profile and download the employee app

What are the size requirements for the employee photo?

When uploading a photo for your employee profile, be sure the file is no more than 2MB otherwise you will receive the following error message:

The image you uploaded exceeds the maximum size of 2MB. Please select another.

To upload a profile photo:

  • Log in to your employee dashboard 

  • Select ‘Profile’ on the left-hand navigation panel

  • Upload a profile photo in the section provided
