Although it can be tempting to want to request reviews repeatedly until a customer responds, we want to avoid bothering the customer which could potentially lead to them leaving a negative review.
The admin on your account has the option to enable or disable the 14-day rule. If enabled, this will not send a review request to a customer if they have already received one in the past 14 days.
To access and edit this setting, navigate to Reviews and click the toggle next to 14-day Rule.
Worried about not getting a timely response to your request? Don't worry! If the customer has not written a review yet, we will send a follow-up reminder to them after 48 hours even if the 14-day rule is enabled.
