Everyone loves to be acknowledged for their hard work. By creating an employee reward program, you will not only be able to let your top performers know you appreciate them, but also supercharge team productivity while at the same time collect an incredible amount of reviews.

The first step in creating a rewards program is deciding on how many points an employee will get when requesting a review and receiving a review. Rewards programs can be available to your office staff as well as those out on the field.

You then determine the rewards you will offer and for how many points. (See image above). Employees will be able to redeem their rewards once they reach the appropriate amount of points.

To add a reward:

  • Log in to your ReviewBuzz dashboard

  • Select ‘rewards’ on the left-hand navigation panel

  • Select ‘new reward’ after clicking the blue ‘create’ button

The ‘add reward’ window will pop-up and allow you to input all the necessary information about your new reward.

Once you have decided on and uploaded all the rewards you will offer, you can start telling your team about it to build excitement and motivation.

How do employees redeem points and receive their rewards?

The ReviewBuzz employee app makes it really simple for your team to track their points and redeem them for rewards.

Their personalized dashboard shows each employee how many points they’ve accumulated so far, what rewards are available and how many points are needed for each reward.

Once they claim a new reward, you will automatically be notified via email and text so that you can arrange when to gift the reward to your employee.

Does ReviewBuzz provide the rewards?

ReviewBuzz does not provide the rewards for your employee incentive program. This allows you to choose the rewards that are better suited for your team in order to create a robust rewards program.

The image below is an example of some of the rewards you can offer.

How are points assigned?

Points are assigned in the ‘point value’ line when you create a new reward.

A good rule of thumb is to allocate different tier point-value rewards to encourage your team to begin participating in the rewards program. For example, some rewards can have a low-medium point value in hopes that an employee will reach their point limit quickly and therefore kickstart the motivation for other employees to increase their participation.
