Let's start by checking your Facebook page first. In your browser, log into Facebook and load your companies Facebook business page. If you can see the 'Reviews' section in the left side menu list, you're good to go. See image below.
If you do not see the reviews section, please follow the instructions below to update your Facebook settings:
Click on 'Settings'
Click 'Templates & Tabs'
Click on 'Add a Tab' (located at the bottom of the page
Next, you'll see a pop up window > to the right of 'Reviews', click on "Add Tab' > then click 'Close'
Pro Tip: You can drag the Tabs up or down to prioritize and it will reflect on your Facebook's home page. We recommend that you place 'Reviews' at the top of the list.
