How do I adjust my employees' points?

Learn how to add or subtract points manually

From menu bar in your admin dashboard, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on the 'Rewards' section

  2. Click on the 'Points Balances' tab

  3. Find the employee in the table below and click on the "meatball menu" located on the far right side. Then click 'Edit'. 

Next, you'll see a pop up window. From the drop down menu, you can select to 'Add' or 'Subtract' points, enter the amount to adjust, then click 'Save'*. 

*Please note, the adjustment(s) you make can take up to 30 minutes to propagate.
