Testimonials are another great way to collect customer feedback. If you were a user of our old platform, you might remember them as “Happy Calls.”

To create a new testimonial, just click on the ‘Create’ button and select ‘Testimonial’ from the dropdown.

Enter the customer’s name, date of testimonial, rating, and the testimonial itself. You can change the location associated with the testimonial if different from your default location. Lastly, you can associate an employee or employees to the testimonial, however the employee(s) will not receive any points for the testimonial.

See your testimonial performance on the dashboard, simply click the testimonial tab to see trending data over your selected date range.

Dive into the testimonial details from your Reviews page by selecting the Testimonials tab. Filter and export data as you need.

Need to make a change or remove a testimonial? No problem, just click the menu next to the testimonial and select the action you want.

Navigate to Toolkit > Widget for instructions on how to add a testimonial widget directly to your website.
