Admins can now be notified of new company reviews and employee reward requests via email. Please note, reward request notifications are only available on our Premium product plans.

By default, admins will receive an email notification for all new reviews and reward requests. To change these settings, navigate to Settings > Email Notifications

If “New Reviews” is selected, you can indicate if you want notification of all reviews or just by specific ratings.

To receive reviews by rating, select “By Rating” and check the applicable star rating (1-5).

Deselect “New Reward Requests” if you do not want to be notified when employees request rewards.

That’s it! Now you will be notified via email based on your preferences.
