You can create your own custom points classes to assign to one or multiple employees.

First, log in to your ReviewBuzz account and navigate to 'Rewards'

You will see multiple tabs to view and manage your Reward Requests, Reward List, Points Log and Points Balances. For now, we are focusing on the Points Classes section.

As you can see, we have already created a couple points classes for you to use as a default, however it is up to you if you want to create your own.

From this screen, select '+ Create New Class' and fill out the details to name your points class and configure how many points your employees will get for Requests, Reviews, 5-Star Reviews and Surveys.

Once you click 'Save', your points class is now created. Assign this points class to employees by navigating to 'Employees'. Select 'Edit Profile' next to the user you would like to edit, select the correct points class and click 'Save' to get your employees earning points the way that works for your business.
