What if my employee doesn't get credit for a review?

We have built proprietary attribution technology that allows us to match up multiple data points to ensure that your employees get associated to review requests and reviews in order to accurately earn points.

While our attribution technology is continuously learning and enhancing, you have the power to add employees to reviews in your ReviewBuzz dashboard so they can get the appropriate points based on your settings.

  • Log in to your dashboard

  • Navigate to 'Reviews'

  •  Click '+ Add Employee' on the review you want to adjust

  • Select the employee you would like to add to the review

  • Click 'Save'

That's all you need to do to make sure your employees are getting credit for their reviews in order to earn points and redeem rewards.
