ReviewBuzz can remove a review from the ReviewBuzz platform. However, removing a review from ReviewBuzz does not remove it from any public-facing review site where it may also appear.
If the review is published on a site such as Google, Facebook, BBB, or another review platform, you will need to contact that platform directly and follow its review removal guidelines.
If you’d like to request that a review be removed from your ReviewBuzz account, please contact our Support team.

When submitting your request, please provide:
Customer name shown on the review
Review source such as Google, BBB, Facebook, or another review site
Date of the review, if available
Reason for the removal request
Once we receive this information, our team will review the request and follow up with you.
