Now CSR’s are able to earn reward points when creating a Meet the Team/On My Way (MTT/OMW) message and sending a review request. Head over to the Rewards page and select the Points Classes tab and find the CSR/DSR option to check it out.

Note: by default, they will earn 25 points for sending Meet the Team and 50 points for sending a review Request, but this can always be customized by creating a new Points Class.

There is a NEW Messages page that now stores all your messages including Meet the Team/On My Way and Review Requests. Easily manage your sent messages by checking out the Messages page.

Note: Requests have been moved from the Reviews tab to the Messages page.

Scheduling the Meet the Team message is here to help provide more convenience to your customers. You can create a message now and send the notice at a later date and/or time. Simply navigate to the Messages page, click the “Create” button in the upper right corner and select “Meet the Team.” There is now a “Sending Schedule” section, to schedule a message, deselect “Send Immediately” and simply select your desired date and/or time to send.

Now get your customer’s full attention with customizable subject lines for review request email. You now have the ability to customize the “Review Request” subject line to your preference. Head over to the Settings page, select the Messages tab at the top of the page, see Review Request and click the down arrow to the right and select Custom then click Edit. A pop-up will appear, “Click to edit Subject” - just don’t forget to Save Changes!

Note: the ability to edit is only available for admin users.

Data is critical so go check out the new KPIs page to get insight into key performance indicators on review requests sent.

Also, check out the Account Setup tab to review the status of your account and ensure that all sections are set up correctly.

The ability to showcase the pins/reviews you want to show off is here! There are a couple of easy ways this can be done.

1. From the Reviews page, click on “Add to Map” and simply uncheck the box “Show on BuzzMaps” to hide a pin that is inappropriate or undesirable.

Note: Removing location will delete the pin on BuzzMaps but not the review itself.

2. From the Reviews page, click on “View/Edit” and simply select “Remove Location” to remove a pin that is inappropriate or undesirable.
