Google only shows relative dates for reviews. Things like "3 days ago", "3 weeks ago", etc.

Some data providers work around the Google limitation with some convoluted calculations and approximations, but they're factually incorrect. The further you go in the past, the less accurate they are.
Others will have you install a Chrome extension or share cookie values to use your account for the scraping. Be careful about those, you'd effectively be in breach of Google's terms of service, which is illegal, and could get you in trouble with Google as well ( you are identified through those cookies, this is not anonymous ).

If you have Google My Business access to the listings you need reviews for, you can access some exact dates on Google's Business Profile Manager.
Unfortunately, Google only show absolute dates only for reviews older than a year ago. If you're after reviews from the past 12 months, for example from last month, Google will only give relative dates.
