Reports - Accessing and Creating

Overview of all report types, their contents, and how to access and use them to understand and manage event data effectively.

Accessing the Reports Page
To access the reports page, click the chart icon and select the "Reports" page. From there, you can view the following report options:

User Login Report
Lists user type, name, username, status, and last login date/time for all admins, submitters, and reviewers.

Event Submission Status Report
Shows the count of submissions by status (e.g., draft, submitted) for each event you administer.

Submission Status Counts for Reviewer Admin
Displays the number of submissions per status, grouped by event and assigned reviewer admin.

Attachment Count Report
Lists each submission's ID, name, status, submitter info, attachment link(s), and total number of attachments included.

Evaluation Report
Pulls detailed scoring data from a selected evaluation form, with optional filters by group or division. Includes submission ID, name, organization, reviewer name and email, individual scores, comments (if provided), total score, average score, and evaluation status per submission.

Missing Evaluations Report
Identifies incomplete evaluations by reviewer. Includes reviewer name, email, status, group, evaluation form, submission name, and submission owner.

Winner Selection Report
Lists winners with submission ID, name, submitter details (first name, last name, email), winner title/placement, group, and division.

Submission PDF Export
Delivers a zip file with individual folders for each submission, containing a PDF of the submission form and any uploaded attachments.

Create a Division

  1. Navigate to Event Details > Groups and Divisions

  2. Click the Divisions tab

  3. Click Add Division, then save

Assign Submissions to the Division

  1. Go to Management > Submissions

  2. Checkmark desired submissions

  3. Select Assign Division from the dropdown in the lower-right corner and click Go

  4. Select Download for the division.

Showcase Vote Report
Lists submission name, owner details (name, email), group, division, rating (based on selected voting type), and the number of distinct votes received.

Voter IP Addresses Report
Shows group, submission name, vote time, voter's IP address, login type, username, name, email, and postal code for each vote cast.
