Submission PDF Export
The Submission PDF Export feature allows admins to download a complete set of submission materials for a specific division. This includes a PDF version of each submission form along with any attachments that were upload by the applicant. (NOTE: If you have a supplemental event to collect references, letters of recommendation, or transcripts, etc., that documents will NOT be included in this report, since they were attached and submitted in a separate form, and will require their own Submission PDF Export report from their respective Supplemental Event.)
When downloaded, the system provides a ZIP file containing a folder for each submission. Inside each folder, you'll find:
A PDF of the completed submission form
All attachments uploaded by the submitter
Instructions:
1. Create a Division
Navigate to Event Details > Groups and Divisions
Click the Divisions tab
Add a division and click Save
2. Assign Submissions to the Division
Go to Management > Submissions
Select the checkboxes for the submissions you want to assign
Use the dropdown menu in the lower-right corner and choose Assign Division
Click Go
Choose the division from the prompt and confirm
3. Download the Submission PDFs
Return to the Reports page
Find the Submission PDF Export section
Select the appropriate division
Click Download to generate the ZIP file
