Autogrouping is a feature that automatically organizes submissions into groups based on responses to a multiple-choice question. This saves admin time by ensuring submissions are pre-grouped into their appropriate evaluation groups when they arrive. Note that autogrouping cannot be used with fill-in text questions.
Instructions:
Scroll down on the Forms page until you reach the Auto Grouping Settings.
Click Edit to choose a multiple-choice question for autogrouping.
Once the question is selected, click Add.
Select the response that will determine the group.
Finally, assign the appropriate group for that response.
