We’ve updated the sidebar navigation in the admin dashboard to provide easier, more intuitive access to all of our tools. This redesign features improved organization with smarter placement of pages, the introduction of entirely new sections, and the removal of some previous items to streamline the overall experience. The result is a cleaner, more cohesive layout that enhances workflow and reduces clutter. The new sidebar now includes the following key sections: Dashboard (represented by a speedometer icon), Configuration (gearwheel icon), Forms (paper with a pencil icon), Email (mail icon), Data Management (clipboard icon), Reports (bar graph icon), and Event Links (chain link icon), which only appears for events that include supplemental forms.
Dashboard:
Admin Dashboard – The first page you see upon logging in; provides an overview and quick access to key event tools.
Welcome Page – Includes setup steps and helpful resources to guide you through organizing your event.
Configuration:
Profile Page – Manage dates and deadlines, microsite description and rules, and upload your event logo.
Configuration Page – Edit settings for the microsite, submissions, judges, judge resources, search, and showcase.
Forms:
Forms Page – Manage your submission form, evaluation form(s), copyable signup form questions, auto-grouping settings, and auto-dividing settings.
Email:
Email Templates Page – Manage all email templates, including default templates in Reviewr and any custom templates you’ve added.
Notification Page – Set up and manage automatic email notifications to be sent throughout your event.
Data Management:
Submissions Page – View and manage all submissions for your event.
Users Page – Manage all admin, reviewer, and submitter accounts.
Supplemental Forms Page – (Appears if a supplemental event is attached) Manage all submissions for the supplemental form linked to your event.
Groups and Divisions Page – Create and manage groups and divisions, and assign evaluations to those groups.
Custom Labels Page – Add custom labels to your event to simplify searching.
Sponsors Page – Add and manage sponsors for your event.
Reports:
Reports Page – Access all downloadable reports available for your event.
Dashboard Reports Page – Select and view any custom reports you've purchased from Reviewr.
Email Tracking Page – Track all emails sent through the Reviewr system.
Activity Log Page – Monitor user activity within your form.
Event Links:
Event Links Page – Access links to the supplemental form(s) linked to your event.
