Reviewer - Why can't I see my evaluation assignments?

As a reviewer, if you’re unable to see your submissions, it could be due to a few common factors: the evaluation window may not be open, the deadline may have passed, assignments may not be set, submissions may not be in the correct status, or your access hasn’t been activated yet. If you're unsure, contacting your event administrator is the best next step.

Reasons You May Not See Your Evaluation Assignments

  1. Evaluation Period Hasn’t Started
    The evaluation window may not be open yet. You’ll only gain access to your assigned submissions once the evaluation start date arrives.

  2. Evaluation Period Has Ended
    If the evaluation deadline has passed, access to submissions will be removed. Check with your event admin to confirm if the window has closed.

  3. Submissions Haven’t Been Assigned Yet
    You may not see anything if the admin hasn’t finished assigning submissions. Evaluations won’t appear until they’re officially assigned to you.

  4. Submissions Are Not in the Accepted Status
    Even if submissions are assigned, they won’t be visible unless they are in the correct status—typically "Accepted" or similar.

  5. You Haven’t Received Your Reviewer Invite Email
    If you know you’re supposed to be reviewing but haven’t received an invite email or login instructions, reach out to your event admin for help.

If none of the above reasons seem to apply to your situation, it's best to reach out directly to your event's administrator. They can provide further information, confirm your status as a reviewer, and offer any additional instructions or assistance needed to get you access.
