Scheduling a Meeting

If you're an administrator with an existing event in Reviewr and are getting ready to build a new one, it can be helpful to connect with the Reviewr team before getting started. A brief planning call can ensure you're set up for success—if you're reviewing your setup before launch, tackling a complex event build, or working through advanced features like PayPal integration or supplemental events. Follow the steps below to schedule a meeting at a time that works for you.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to my.reviewr.com and select one of your existing events.

  2. Once inside your event, look to the menu on the right side of the screen and click the speedometer icon at the top.

  3. From the dropdown, select "Welcome."

  4. At the top of the Welcome page, you'll find a section with a link to our call scheduling calendar (hosted via Calendly).

  5. Use this link to book a meeting with a member of the Reviewr team.

While this is a convenient scheduling tool, we recommend chatting with someone on the Reviewr team before booking a call to make sure a meeting is the best path forward. Please reserve scheduled meetings for more involved needs—such as building a new event, preparing for a launch, or addressing complex configurations like PayPal integration or supplemental events. For smaller questions or quick assistance, our in-platform chat is often the fastest solution.
