Welcome, Admin! As you wrap up your submission or evaluation process, you may need to download attachments submitted by participants. There are two main ways to do this, and the best method depends on how many files you need to collect.

Option 1: Download Attachments in Bulk

Best for: Large batches of submissions

The most efficient way to collect attachments from many submissions at once is by using the Submission PDF Export.

To get started:

  1. Navigate to the Reports page in your admin dashboard.

  2. Locate the Submission PDF Export section.

  3. Follow the instructions provided to:

    • Create a division specifically for the submissions you want.

    • Assign the relevant submissions to that division.

    • Download the PDF export.

Each exported PDF will include the submission content along with the ability to download any attached files.

Option 2: Download from Individual Submissions

Best for: A small number of attachments

If you only need to grab a few files, you can do so directly from each submission.

To download an individual attachment:

  1. Open the submission from the Manage Submissions page.

  2. Go to the Attachments tab.

  3. Click to download the specific files you need.

Which Option Should You Use?

  • Need everything? → Use the Submission PDF Export

  • Need just a few? → Download from each Attachments tab

Both methods are effective—it just depends on your volume.
