How to Edit an Existing Submission

If you need to update or complete a submission you’ve already started, Reviewr makes it easy—as long as the submission deadline hasn’t passed.

There are several common reasons you might need to edit your submission. You may not have finished it when you first started, or perhaps you’ve received a request to make updates or corrections. In some cases, you may have advanced to a new round in the submission process and need to fill in additional information as part of that progression.

Keep in mind, however, that you’ll only be able to edit your submission if the submission deadline is still open. Once the deadline has passed, the submission will be locked and no further changes can be made. If you're unsure about the status of your submission or the deadline, reach out to the event organizer for clarification.

  1. Start by logging into your Reviewr account using the email and password you used to register.

  2. Once you're logged in, locate and click into the event where your submission was created.

  3. This will bring you to the event's Instructions page, which provides guidance on how to access your application.

  4. Follow the instructions provided to locate your submission. Once you’re viewing your submission, look for the “Edit” button—clicking this will reopen your application so you can begin making changes.
