Set up automated emails by linking triggers to templates. Select, assign type, and save—emails send when trigger events occur.

Email notifications serve as a mechanism to link specific email types with corresponding email templates, enabling automated email communication. These notifications are triggered based on predefined conditions throughout the event.

To set up an automated email notification:

  1. Select the email notification by checking the corresponding box.

  2. Choose the appropriate email type that should be sent when a specific trigger event occurs. (typically the email template with the same, or similar name)

  3. Click "Save & Exit" to ensure your progress is saved.

Once configured, the system will automatically send the designated email whenever the selected trigger event is activated.
