Deleting Form Pages

Admins can delete form pages in Reviewr, but there are important restrictions to keep in mind.

Before Your Live Date

  • You can delete form pages before your event’s live date.

  • To delete a page, click the trashcan icon next to the page title.

  • Important: At least one page must exist in all forms. If your form only has one page, it cannot be deleted.

After Your Live Date: Hiding Form Pages Using Visibility Conditions

You should not delete form pages once you have went live with your event. Instead, you can use Visibility Conditions to hide a page from submitters. This is the recommended approach, especially if you already have submissions or may want to reuse the page in future years.

Hiding a page makes it appear as though it has been deleted, while preserving all existing submission data.

How to Hide a Form Page

  1. Click Page Options at the top right corner of your screen, in the page you would like to hide.

  2. Select the Visibility tab.

  3. Under Visibility Conditions, choose Always False.

When set to Always False, the page will not display to submitters.

Why This Is the Best Practice

Using Visibility Conditions instead of deleting:

  • Preserves existing submission data

  • Prevents accidental data loss

  • Allows you to reuse the page in future cycles

  • Maintains form integrity if submissions have already started

If you have already received submissions, this is especially important. Deleting a page would permanently remove all associated responses.
