Users Tab Overview
The Users tab, found under Configuration, is designed to centralize all messaging and resources for the different user types within your event—Admins, Reviewers, and Submitters.
From this page, Admins can manage Welcome Messages, Instructions, and Resources that display across portals and user experiences.
This section is especially useful for customizing communication and providing clear guidance to your users throughout the event.
Admin Tab
The Admin tab contains the Admin Welcome Message, which appears on the Set Password page when new Admin accounts are created.
This space allows you to provide a quick greeting or context for Admin users who are logging in for the first time.
Reviewer Tab
The Reviewer tab contains several customizable sections designed to support and inform your review team:
Reviewer Welcome Message
Displayed on the Set Password page when Reviewers first access their account.
This message can be personalized to fit your organization’s tone or provide specific onboarding details.Reviewer Instructions
These appear in the Reviewer Portal and guide Reviewers through evaluating submissions.
While the default text includes clear evaluation steps, we encourage customization to match your event’s voice and provide additional details.
However, it’s best to maintain the general structure of the instructions, as they reflect the correct evaluation workflow.Reviewer FAQs
A section to include frequently asked questions or clarifying information. Use this space to proactively answer common Reviewer questions and reduce confusion.Reviewer Downloadable Content
Upload files or resources that may be helpful for Reviewers, such as evaluation rubrics, guidelines, or supplemental materials.
Providing additional context or examples here can help ensure consistency and confidence among your review team.
Tip: Add your contact information within the instructions or FAQs so Reviewers can easily reach out if they need support.
Submitter Tab
The Submitter tab houses the messaging and resources displayed to your applicants:
Submitter Welcome Message
Appears on the Set Password page when submitters are invited to an event by an existing user.Submitter Instructions
Displayed in the Submitter Portal, these default instructions help applicants navigate back to their existing submission.
You are encouraged to tailor the message to your organization’s tone, while keeping the structure intact to ensure clarity in locating submissions.Submitter Resources
Upload any materials or information you want to make available to applicants, such as event FAQs, submission tips, or contact details.
Tip: Include your organization’s contact information and any key reminders directly in the instructions box for easy access.
Notes
All user types include default instructions and content provided by Reviewr.
Any edits, customizations, or added materials are the responsibility of event Admins, not the Reviewr team.
Consistent and clear communication within these sections ensures all users—Admin, Reviewer, and Submitter—have the guidance they need for a smooth experience.
