Why Can’t I Submit My Application?
If you’re having trouble submitting your application, don’t worry—there are a few common reasons this can happen and simple ways to fix it.
1. The event is no longer active
Check the event microsite or the organization’s website to confirm the application dates. If the submission period has ended, you’ll no longer be able to submit.
2. Required questions are incomplete
If the event is still open, make sure all required fields in the form are filled out. Review any error messages that appear at the top of the page and correct them before submitting.
3. Browser caching issues
If you’ve been working in the form for an extended time, your browser may be caching outdated data. Try these steps:
Click Save and Logout, then log back in and try submitting again.

(Be sure your progress is saved before doing this.)
4. Using the wrong button
Double-check that you’re clicking the Submit button, not Save and Logout. Saving will store your progress, but it won’t finalize your application.
