Your submission lives under the My Submission icon on the left-hand navigation bar of your portal at my.reviewr.com — the single-sheet symbol, second option down. Clicking it opens your submission in view-only mode, with its current status shown at the top of the page. If you've submitted more than one entry, use the My Submissions icon instead to see the full list.
This applies to submitters. Status meanings are the same regardless of your event, but what triggers a status change (admin review, deadlines) is set by your event's organization.
What each status means
Status | What it means |
New | Your submission was created, but you haven't saved progress or submitted yet. |
Incomplete | You used the Save button to save progress, but haven't submitted. |
Ready | Your submission is complete and fully submitted — triggered by clicking the green Submit button at the end of your form. |
Pending | Submitted, but the event admin has internally marked it Pending. |
Accepted | Accepted for further evaluation. Important: Accepted does not mean you've won or been selected — it means your submission moves into scoring. The event admin will contact you separately if you're selected. |
Denied | Denied by the event admin; will not move forward. |
Closed | Marked closed by the event admin, at their discretion, at any point. |
If you're not sure your submission actually counts
