Managing Evaluation Forms in the Forms Page
Evaluation forms are now located within the Forms page, alongside submission forms and other form types. From here, you can customize evaluation questions and manage how forms are assigned to different groups.
Editing Evaluation Forms
To edit an evaluation form:
Go to the Forms page
Find the evaluation form you'd like to edit
Click "Edit", then select the pencil icon next to a section or question
Within the editor, you can:
Change question text
Add, remove, or edit answer choices
Reorder choices using the arrow icons or drag-and-drop
Update section titles by editing the "Prompt Label"
Change the section name (using the โNameโ field โ internal use only)
Note About this Version of the Form Editor
The form editor shown in this article is the old form builder, which Admins have access to after the event goes live. Once live, form editing is more limited.
Before an event goes live, Admins have access to the Wiki Form Editor, which offers enhanced flexibility and control for editing evaluation forms. If you're setting up forms before your event is live, refer to the documentation for the Wiki Form Editor for full instructions.
