Showcase Page Setup

Only submissions in the "Accepted" status will appear on the public Showcase Page. If a submission is not marked as Accepted, it will not be displayed—regardless of other settings.

To configure the Showcase Page:

  1. Navigate to Event Configs.

  2. Select the final tab labeled Showcase Settings.

This section controls which responses from the submission form are displayed under each entry on the Showcase Page. These are often used to highlight things like project titles, descriptions, team bios, or videos.

How to Display Questions on the Showcase Page

  1. Enable a Block
Click "Enable Block" to activate a new content section on the Showcase page.

  2. Name the Block
In the text field, enter a Block Name — this will not appear publicly but helps you stay organized.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Then click Add to insert questions into that block.

  5. For each question:

    • Select a question from the dropdown menu (these are pulled directly from your submission form).

    • Type a Label — this is how the response will be titled on the Showcase Page (e.g., “Project Description” or “Team Name”).

Display Options

You can either:

  • Add multiple questions within a single block, which will group them together visually under one heading.

  • Add individual questions to separate blocks, which gives each one its own section.

You can create up to 5 total blocks, and how they display will vary depending on your layout choices. Refer to the image below to see how different configurations will appear to end users.
