Admin - Manage Users

Guide for Admins to manage users in Reviewr—add, invite, search, sort, and take actions on Admins, Reviewers, and Submitters.

Manage Users

The Manage Users page is where Admins can oversee and manage Event Admins, Reviewers, and Submitters. To access it, hover over the Data Management (clipboard icon) in the left-hand navigation, and select Users.

This area is Admin-only and provides functionality to search, sort, add, invite, and manage users by role.

Search & Sort

You can search for Admins by:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company

  • City

  • State

  • Role

  • Status

Use Search to filter results, and Reset to clear all filters.

Admins can be sorted by:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Status

Add a New Admin

  1. Select Add New User

  2. Enter:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Organization

  3. Select Submit

Reviewers tab

Search & Sort

You can search for Reviewers by:

  • Group

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Company Name

  • Status

Use Search to filter results, and Reset to clear all filters.

You can sort Reviewers by:

  • Group

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Name

  • Status

Add or Invite Reviewers

Add a Reviewer

  1. Select Add Reviewer

  2. Required fields:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Company

    • Email Address
      (Optional: Phone, Expertise, Biography)

Invite Reviewers

  1. Select the checkbox next to Reviewer(s)

  2. From the bottom-left dropdown, select Invite

  3. Select Go

  4. Customize the email content if needed (this will update the email template)

  5. Select Send

Reviewer Actions

  • Assign Group:

    1. Select Assign Group

    2. Search and select the Group

    3. Check the box and select Save

  • Remove Group:

    1. Select Remove Group

    2. Search and check the Group to remove

    3. Select Save

  • Login As: Log in as a Reviewer to troubleshoot issues

Other Actions (via dropdown menu)

  • Invite: Invite Reviewers to the event

  • Remove: Delete Reviewer from the event

  • Email Reviewer(s): Customize and send an email to selected Reviewers

  • Bulk Upload Reviewers: Upload a .csv file to add multiple Reviewers

  • After selecting an action, click Go

Reports

  • Login Report: Displays First Name, Last Name, Email, Last Login, Submissions Assigned, and Submitted Evaluations.

  • Reviewer Contact Report: Includes contact info and profile details such as Name, Organization, Email, Phone, Status, Expertise, Biography, Group. Note: Does not include submission/evaluation counts.

Submitters tab

Search & Sort

Search for Submitters by:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Submission Status

  • Group

  • Label

  • Company Position

  • Team Name
    (You may also limit search results by quantity.)

Sort Submitters by:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Position

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Submission Name

  • Group

  • Label

Actions

  • View - This allows you to edit the settings of a Submitter

  • Delete - This will delete the Submitter from the event

  • Login As - This allows you to login as the Submitter. This can be useful when trying to solve a problem that you are unable to replicate with your admin account.

Reports

  • Login Report: Includes Name, Email, Submission, and Last Login Date

  • Download: Includes detailed contact and submission info such as Name, Email, Company, Phone, Participant Type, and Address

Other Actions

These actions are available under the dropdown in the bottom left corner

  • Assign Labels - This allows you to assign labels to the submission.

Once the selected action is ready, select "Go"
