The Manage Supplemental Forms page is where you can go to see submissions and the supplemental forms tied to them

Here you can search by the main submission owner name, main submission name, supplemental submission status, supplemental submission owner name, and/or supplemental submission name. Once you've entered the desired search criteria, select "Search". You can reset the search criteria by selecting "Reset"

You can sort supplemental form requests by main submission ID, main submission name, main submission company, supplemental submission ID, or supplemental submission name

When selecting the eye icon, you'll be taken to the main submission. From there, you'll select the Supplemental Forms tab to view the supplemental submissions that are tied to that submissions
