As an applicant or submitter, this is where you can view and, if permitted, edit your submission for an event.
Accessing Your Submission
Log in at my.reviewr.com.
After logging in, you will be taken to the Instructions Page. This page contains important details on how to access and manage your submission. Please review the information provided before proceeding.
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the "My Submission" icon (the single sheet symbol, second option).
This will open your submission in view-only mode by default.
Submission Statuses
New status: your submission has been created, but you have not Saved your progress or submitted your form.
Incomplete status: your submission will be marked as Incomplete if you use the Save button to save your progress.
Ready status: your submission is completed and fully submitted. This status is triggered by the green Submit button at the end of your form.
Pending status: your submission is completed and submitted, but the Event Admin/Organization has internally marked it as Pending.
Accepted status: your submission has been accepted and will move forward for further evaluation. The "Accepted" status does NOT mean you are an Awardee/Recipient. After the submission deadline, Accepted submissions are reviewed/evaluated/scored, and Winners are determined. Your Event's Admin/Organization will reach out if your submission is selected as a winner.
Denied status: your submission has been denied by the Event's Admin/Organization, and will not move forward.
Closed status: your submission will not be considered. Your submission may be marked as Closed by the Event's Admin at anytime; it is up to their discretion.
Editing Your Submission
To make changes, click the "Edit" button. This opens the submission editor and allows you to modify your content.
Navigate through the form and make updates just as you did when first creating your submission.
Note:
The Edit button will only appear if your submission has been granted edit access.
If you believe you should be able to edit but don’t see the option, please contact the organization managing your program.
Saving or Submitting
There are two ways to save your submission:
Save and Logout:
Click the "Save and Logout" button. This is typically found at the top of each page, though it may sometimes appear elsewhere.
If you can’t find it, please contact Reviewr support.Submit:
Scroll to the bottom of the last page of the submission form and click the "Submit" button.
This final step is required for your submission to be considered for review.
Important: You must click the Submit button for your submission to be eligible for evaluation.
Additional Actions
Go Back: Use the back arrow to return to the previous screen.
Print: Click the printer icon to print a copy of your submission.
Multiple Submissions: If you’ve submitted more than one entry, use the "My Submissions" icon on the left navigation to view a list and select the one you want to manage.
