Evaluating a Submission
When evaluating a submission, you’ll see the submission details on the left and the evaluation form on the right.
Submission Panel Overview
You’ll have access to the following tabs:
Form Tab
View the original submission form completed by the submitter.
When evaluating a submission, you'll be presented with the submission on the left side and the evaluation on the right side.
Attachments Tab
See any files uploaded with the submission.
Click the download icon to view/download it.
Click the arrow to view in another tab.
Notes Tab (if enabled by the Event Admin)
Review notes from other reviewers and add your own.
Click "View" to read an existing note.
Click "Add Note" to enter a new one.
To share your note with other reviewers, check "Share with other judges" before clicking "Save".
Comments Tab (if enabled by the Event Admin)
Ask questions or leave comments for the submitter.
Click "View" to read existing comments.
Click "Add Question/Comment" to submit a new one.
Click "Save" when you're done.
Supplemental Tab
Access supplemental materials tied to the submission, such as letters of recommendation, transcripts, etc.
Click the eye icon next to a request to view it.
Once you’ve completed the evaluation form, click "Submit".
Note: You can still edit your evaluation after submitting. If you're not ready to submit yet, click "Close" to save your progress and return later.
