How to Get the Microsite URL
Your Microsite URL is the public link applicants, reviewers, and visitors use to access your event. This link directs users to your event’s landing page, where they can view details, register, or submit applications.
You can find your microsite URL in two locations within your admin dashboard.
Option 1: From the Event Dashboard
Navigate to your Event Dashboard.
Locate the Preview Event Microsite button in the top-left corner.
Right-click the button and select Copy Link.
Paste the copied URL wherever you’d like to share it (e.g., website, email, or social post).
Option 2: From the Profile Page
Go to Configuration → Profile.
Locate the URL field directly under the Evaluation Deadline field.
The URL will always begin with
https://my.reviewr.com/site/...Highlight and copy the entire URL.
Double-check that there are no spaces before or after the copied link before sharing.
Notes:
This URL is unique to your event and can be shared with applicants or embedded on your organization’s website.
Updating your event title does not change the microsite URL.
If you have multiple events, make sure you’re copying the correct microsite URL for the event you’re working on.
