Upload or update your event’s microsite banner on the Profile page to refresh the look and branding of your event site.

How to Add or Edit the Microsite Banner

The Profile page is where you can update your event’s branding elements, including the Microsite Banner (or Event Logo). The banner appears at the top of your public microsite and helps create a branded experience for participants and visitors.

To Add or Edit the Microsite Banner:

  1. From your admin dashboard, navigate to the Profile page.

  2. Click Edit in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Upload Banner.

  4. Click Change to begin uploading a new banner.

  5. Choose Select File to browse and upload your banner image from your computer.

  6. Adjust the image as needed, then click Crop.

    Note: You must click “Crop” before saving, even if no cropping is needed.

  7. Click Upload and Save at the bottom of the window to apply your changes.

Tips:

  • Recommended banner dimensions: 1200px wide by 300px tall (or similar ratio for best display).

  • Accepted file types: .jpg, .png, .gif

  • Once uploaded, the new banner will automatically appear at the top of your microsite.
