How to Set or Edit Evaluation Dates and Deadlines
Evaluation dates and deadlines control when reviewers can begin evaluating submissions and when their access closes. Admins can update these at any time from either the Profile page or the Dates & Deadlines section on the dashboard.
Editing from the Profile Page
The Profile page is where you can manage event details such as the event title, logo, deadlines, descriptions, rules, and microsite display.
To edit evaluation dates:
Go to the Profile page.
Click Edit in the top-right corner.
Update:
Click Save.
Editing from Dates & Deadlines on the Dashboard
The Dates & Deadlines section provides a timeline of key milestones, including:
Submission Deadline (Submission Close)
Evaluation Start Date (Evaluation Start)
Evaluation Deadline (Evaluation Close)
To update:
From the dashboard, locate Dates & Deadlines.
Click Update Dates next to the section title.
Select Edit in the top-right corner.
Update the applicable deadline(s):
Submission Deadline → Submission Close
Evaluation Start Date → Evaluation Start
Evaluation Deadline → Evaluation Close
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Key Notes for Admins
Evaluation Start/Deadline dates directly control reviewer access to submissions.
Dates can be adjusted at any time, but changes are immediate.
Be sure to communicate updates to reviewers if deadlines shift.
