This is the Groups and Divisions page. This is where you go to create assign a group to a reviewer/judge.
To assign a group to a reviewer/judge:
Click "Assign Manager".
Check the box next to the name of the reviewers that you want to make a manager for that group.
The manager will be a reviewer who will be able to do all the actions an admin can do, just for that group.
