How do I add submission form fields to display on my showcase page?

Highlight key submitter info—like names, bios, or orgs—on your Showcase Page by choosing which form fields to display.

The Showcase Settings tab allows you to choose which submission form fields appear publicly on your event’s Showcase (Pitch) Page. This is useful for highlighting specific details about your submitters—such as names, organizations, bios, or other profile information—so their entries are displayed with the context you want to feature. You can group multiple questions into a single display block or list each question in its own block (up to 5 total). The layout will vary depending on how you organize the fields and is reflected in the image below.

To add form fields to the Showcase Page:

  1. Go to Event Configs and select the tab: Showcase

  2. Select Enable Block

  3. Enter a Block Name in the text box

  4. Click Save

  5. Select Add to choose a form field from the dropdown

  6. Type a Label for how the field should appear on the page

You can repeat this to add more fields, either grouping several under one block or creating multiple blocks as needed.
