Go to Event Configs, and select the last tab for "Showcase Settings"
These are the form fields that are visible under each entry on the Pitch Page.
To add submission form questions to my showcase page:
Select "Enable Block"
Enter the Name for the Block in the Text Box
Select "Save"
Select "Add"
Then choose a form field from the Dropdown
Then type a Label for the form field for the Pitch Page
You can add multiple form fields under one block or individual questions under each block (up to 5). It will show differently based on this decision and is reflected in the image below.
