Editable Submission Statuses
Editable submission statuses allow admins to control when submitters can access and make changes to their submissions. This is useful if applicants need to update incomplete submissions, correct errors, or provide additional information based on event guidelines. This feature is especially important in multi-round submission processes—it ensures that applicants are only able to access and complete the appropriate round's form based on their current status, rather than going back and editing submissions from previous rounds.
How to Change Editable Submission Statuses
To control which submission statuses allow applicants to log in and edit their submissions:
Navigate to the left-hand menu and click the gearwheel icon.
Select the Configuration page.
Go to the Submission Settings section
4. Click the Edit button in the upper left corner.
5. Under Editable Submission Statuses, check the boxes next to the statuses you want to make editable.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: Applicants in statuses that are not selected here will not be able to edit their submissions.
